The RundMehr-inventory App is a application to count the products during the inventory.
The computer is used as the server.
When the user has logged into the app, the app can then retrieve the data on active products from the server.
The app reflects the quantities of items that are supposed to be in the warehouse. The physical products will be then calculated and imputed into the app. A warning would appear in case any values aren't tallying during the closing of the inventory, but this doesn't disables the closing of the inventory. The app will then synchronize the calculated physical quantities inputed in it with the server. Hence all values in server will be adjusted to the true amount of products in warehouse. A report will be generated by the server.
Since not every warehouse has a network, the data is stored in a SQLite database. So the app can be restarted without data loss allowing one to do inventory in parts instead of completing it all at once.
After the inventory is done, the user can close the app. In this process, of course, the device must be back in the same network as the server.
Once the inventory has been completed, it can no longer be edited. The app can then be reused the earliest in March.
