Boty is a private project which I started in parallel with my Thesis at the Daimler AG. During this time I lived in a Daimler-dorm and noticed that people preferred sitting in their rooms rather than interacting to one another.

To change this, I created a group in the messenger-App named Telegram and develop a bot to administrate the group. I know that I am not a forever participant in the group and a bot can have a better overview on the activity of the group.

• Welcome new members.
• Inform about the group rules.
• Remove members that are inactive for 6 months and above.
• Suggestions and announcements on seasonal activities or fests.
• Inform group members about the available menu in the canteen.
